2.4. Suspension.
Quick Hangar reserves the right to suspend or terminate an Ambassador in the Program for any user at any time in its sole discretion.
3. Scope of Engagement
3.1. Referral Activities.
Your engagement in the Program is limited to referring new users to the Quick Hangar platform using your unique referral code ("Referral Code") in the format QH-XXXXXX. You may share your Referral Code through personal communications, social media, printed materials, or other lawful channels. Each Ambassador is assigned one Referral Code.
3.2. Non-Exclusive Arrangement.
This Agreement is non-exclusive. You are free to engage in referral or ambassador programs or similar activities for other companies, including competitors of Quick Hangar, provided that such activities do not violate the terms of this Agreement.
3.3. No Minimum Requirements.
There is no minimum number of referrals required to maintain your participation in the Program. You may participate in the Program at your own pace and discretion.
3.4. Referral Code Usage.
Your Referral Code is unique to you. It may not be transferred, sold, licensed or assigned to any third party.
4. Commission Structure and Payment
4.1. Referral Commission.
Approved Ambassadors may earn a commission for each Qualified Referral (as defined below), subject to the conditions outlined herein.
4.2. Confidentiality of Commission Structure.
The commission rates payable and the commission structure for Ambassadors under the Program are deemed Confidential Information (defined in Section 9.1 below). Upon accepting an Ambassador into the Program, Quick Hangar shall inform the accepted Ambassador of the commission rate and structure. Ambassadors shall not disclose this Confidential Information to any third party, other than to Ambassador's attorney or accountant for purposes of required disclosures by law.
4.3. Qualified Referral.
A Qualified Referral is a referral that meets all of the following conditions: (a) the referred individual ("Referred User") creates a Quick Hangar account using your unique referral code; (b) the Referred User is not an existing Quick Hangar user, nor a previously deactivated account; (c) the Referred User successfully lists at least one (1) Hangar (as defined below) on the Quick Hangar platform; (d) the listed Hangar remains active and in good standing for a minimum of thirty (30) consecutive calendar days from the date of listing; and (e) the referral is not the result of any prohibited activity as described in this Agreement. "Hangar" means a hangar owned by the Referred User that is compliant with the Quick Hangar Terms of Service.
4.4. Attribution.
A Qualified Referral is attributed to an Ambassador only when the Referred User creates an account using the Ambassador's Referral Code. Quick Hangar's referral tracking system is the sole and definitive method for determining referral attribution. Disputes regarding attribution will be resolved by Quick Hangar in its sole discretion.
4.5. Referred User Bonus.
Referred Users receive a 10% bonus on their first paid booking fee, funded through a credit to the Referred User's platform fee charged by Quick Hangar. This bonus is provided by Quick Hangar and does not affect Ambassador commissions.
4.6. Commission Cap.
Referral commissions are capped at a maximum of fifty (50) Qualified Referrals per calendar month per Ambassador. Referrals exceeding this monthly cap will not be eligible for commission during that calendar month but may roll over to the following month in Quick Hangar's discretion.
4.7. Payment Method.
Commissions are processed and disbursed exclusively through Stripe and transferred to your Stripe-connected bank account. You must maintain a valid, active, and verified bank account linked to your Quick Hangar profile to receive commission payments.
4.8. Verification Period.
A mandatory thirty (30) day verification period applies to each Qualified Referral, commencing on the date the Referred User first lists a Hangar on the platform. Commission payment is issued only after the verification period has elapsed and all Qualified Referral conditions remain satisfied.
4.9. Right to Modify.
Quick Hangar reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions herein, inclusive of any commission structure, rates, caps, and payment terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to active Ambassadors with at least thirty (30) days' advance notice via email or in-app notification. Continued participation in the Program after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
5. Expenses
5.1.
You are solely responsible for all costs and expenses incurred in connection with your referral activities, including but not limited to internet access, mobile devices, printing costs, travel expenses, and any marketing or promotional materials you choose to create. Quick Hangar will not reimburse you for any expenses unless expressly agreed in writing.
